Leading With Love
It all started with a busy Wine Fest weekend at my previous winery job. Expecting the usual droves of visitors for this annual event, I found myself short-handed with no back up staff to call. And I wasn't the only one. Many in my hospitality community were running into this scenario more often than not. This was the open door that led to Criú Event & Winery Staffing, a company that caters only to the wedding, winery and event industry. Criú provides qualified staff to assist wineries, caterers, venue owners, wedding professionals, or anyone hosting an event where experienced, certified, and insured staff is needed.
With over 25 years of hospitality management experience, I am able to set my business apart by understanding the requirements and expectations of the wedding, event and wine industry, striving to consistently provide excellent service while always supporting my amazing team.
My husband and I live in Templeton, California, with our two goldendoodles, Max and Abbey. I adore my family, friends, and the incredible events I get to be a part of here on the Central Coast.
