Leading With Love

In 2017, I started CRIÚ Event & Winery Staffing to assist wineries, event coordinators, caterers and brides with experienced and certified event staffing.   With over 25 years of hospitality management experience,  I wanted to support our event professionals with a trained team.  I set my business apart by understanding the critical needs of the event and wine industry and strive to exceed expectations.


Templeton, California, is where I call home with my husband and Goldendoodle, Abbey.  I adore my grandkids, love events, and am a hopeless Beatle maniac. And don't ask me about Dolly Parton's new rock album.

Hi, Sunni here. 

In 2023, I joined the CRIÚ team officially and have been full steam ahead ever since.  Working with Pati has been a dream come true as we hone our services to best support our clients needs.  


With a knack for developing groundbreaking programs in my pre-CRIÚ life, I worked with wineries and hospitality programs to  build strategic growth through innovative marketing initiatives and effective team leadership.


A Cal Poly SLO alum,  I live in Paso Robles with my husband and two rescue dogs. Last year, I became a feral kitten wrangler after finding a litter of kittens and hope to start snow-shoeing in 2024.

Hi there!

I am Teréz and have been working with CRIÚ since 2021 in event leadership and day-of-wedding coordination.

With over 30 years in the beauty industry as a salon owner, my passion has always been supporting my brides.  I'm thrilled to now "marry" my wide breadth of event experience, my ability to exceed expectations and my esthetic for modern elegance into every aspect of my coordination expertise. 

I've called the Central Coast my home since, 1990 and would love to work with you to make your dream day come true.
